AMS Management Group Continues its Journey with SSP

November 9, 2021 Press Office

AMS Management Group (AMS) has signed a 5 year contract extension to its current SSP Pure Insurance contract, committing to SSP until June 2026. AMS has been a customer of SSP since 2005 and, over the years, has seen its system users double. They have plans to accelerate this growth, further increasing their user base and moving their hosted servers into the cloud.

Some of the key factors behind AMS’s positive and long-standing relationship with SSP include the excellent customer support it receives from the SSP team in the US, along with the intuitive nature of SSP’s Pure Insurance product which has provided the functionality and usability BPIS required to enable its business to thrive.

Colin Greenhill, Chief Executive at SSP, said:
“I’m delighted that AMS has chosen to extend its contract with us, taking our relationship with them beyond the 20 year mark.

“At SSP, we’re proud of the role we’ve been able to play in helping AMS grow its business and are looking forward to supporting its ambitious growth plans into the future through the delivery of further enhancements and developments of our products.”

Ramy Reddy, Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Controller at AMS Management Group, said:
“We’ve always been very happy overall with SSP and the Pure Insurance product. Our partnership with SSP has been a good experience and we value being able to work with SSP to identify and implement solutions for our business. The customer support we receive from the team in the US has always been responsive to our needs. For us, renewing the contract was a ‘no brainer’.

“Our business is in a period of growth and we expect this to accelerate over the next few years. We look forward to SSP continuing to add value to our business and supporting us on the next stage of our journey.”
